How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
Emails are usually answered the same business day. If you need an answer straight away, calling is fastest.
Can I speak to someone in Nepali?
Yes. Our instructors and office staff speak both Nepali and English, so you can ask questions in whichever language you are most comfortable with.
Do I need to visit the office to book a lesson?
No. Lessons are booked online end to end, and your instructor picks you up from your own address. The office is there if you would rather sort things out in person.
